practice. Both physicians will share
call together, 1:2. The new physician
will be offered a flexible financial package, which will be tailored to the
desires and wishes of the two physicians.
The existing physician is gearing down and hopes to retire within the
next few years, and the new physician will enjoy an existing patient base and
the goodwill of a long term established practice. This opportunity is located near a major metropolitan area,
