Washington state hospital is searching for two Board Certified/Board Eligible
Neurosurgeons to join a growing practice that is capturing less than 50% of the
market at this time. The practice is
expanding to meet the growing needs of a community, which services a population
of 280,000. They hope to have 5 full
time Neurosurgeons in place by the end of 2005. The group is offering a competitive salary guarantee with
production incentives, including a percentage of billing for ARNPs. They will also provide all overhead,
benefits, marketing and start up assistance, relocation reimbursement, and
possible loan repayment for new graduates. The practice is located in a lovely
town in the Pacific Northwest.
