We created webdoc as an open space for rich online conversations. Your account is for personal use and allows you to express yourself and interact with others on the web in spaces you control.
webdoc provides a wide array of tools allowing rich expression in fun, simple, freeform spaces and almost unlimited options for expressing your style. The freedom webdoc provides requires a certain level of trust that community members will act responsibly. These guidelines explain what it means to be a responsible member of the webdoc community.

Do
- Respect others
webdoc is a wide and diverse community, so not everyone will share your beliefs or point of view. Please respect the rights of others who may see things differently than you do. Treat them politely and with the same respect you would like to receive from them. - Give credit where it’s due
Remix and mashups are part of webdoc’s culture. Share your ideas and creations on webdoc, and reuse and adapt other works when you’re allowed to do so. By recognizing the work of others and giving them credit for what they’ve done, you’ll strengthen your own reputation and make more friends in the process. - Choose your sharing options
webdoc gives you the freedom to choose with whom you share your content instead of sharing with the world or your entire list of friends every time. Share your content with the right people by selecting the appropriate sharing options. By doing so, you’ll increase the value of your content for those who are interested. - Share the love
There’s lots to discover on webdoc, so enjoy it! You feel good when others comment on or participate in your webdocs, so let them know too if you like what they’ve done. Comments, ratings and participation are a great way to make new friends and enrich everyone’s experience. The more you give, the more you’ll receive.
